Uni Commercial Grade Building Wrap (CW Grade)

UNI Commercial is a non-woven, absorbent, vapour-permeable, water-barrier, fireretardant, synthetic wall underlay. A polypropylene with outer non-woven layers and a central functional-technical film. UNI Commercial is coloured blue with a white underside supplied in 1.5m x 40m rolls (60m2), weighing 10.8 kg.

Applications

UNI Commercial is a Light Wall Duty pliable building membrane/sarking material for use in external walls up to AS/NZS 1170.2 maximum ultimate limit state wind speeds of 55 m/s;

› Timber or Steel framed, with supports at maximum 600mm centres

› Lightweight cladding, Masonry veneer, or rainscreen

› Direct-fixed or Cavity systems Key Benefits UNI Commercial is designed for Australian conditions providing temporary protection from the weather allowing internal work to continue without cladding. Provides UV protection for up to 90 days prior to cladding.

› Provides a secondary line of defence against moisture over the life of the building.
